✅TPT stands for "Thin Ply Technology"
TPT's unique thin ply technology enables the creation of carbon fiber filaments finer than hair, which are then mechanically rolled layer by layer to produce shafts with outstanding performance.
In addition to the industry's only fully automated manufacturing process, the strongest aspect of TPT shafts comes from the cutting-edge aerospace material technology of its parent company, NTPT.
NTPT is a high-tech composite materials company based in Switzerland, specializing in the development and production of top-tier carbon fiber materials.
✅Space satellites
✅Solar Impulse (solar-powered aircraft)
✅Competitive sailing yachts
✅Lightweight chassis of the McLaren F1 team
✅Lightweight ski and snowboard bodies
✅Watch cases for the luxurious Swiss watch brand Richard Mille
All use materials produced by NTPT. TPT, in turn, is NTPT's golf shaft brand.
The carbon fiber filaments used by TPT to roll shafts are lighter and finer than hair.
The carbon fiber fabric woven into each square meter weighs only 15 grams, which is a quarter of the weight of a piece of paper of the same size.
Through such lightweight materials, TPT engineers are able to design and manufacture lighter and more stable shafts.
Moreover, unlike ordinary shafts, they do not suffer from the problem of "spine lines."
For example, the tip of a TPT shaft is made from 60 layers of carbon fiber fabric,
while the tips of more premium shafts from other brands in the industry are 20 layers.
A shaft woven with 60 layers undoubtedly surpasses a 20-layer shaft in toughness, stability, and durability.
Only Swiss TPT shafts have developed a fully automated production process.
Possessing excellent toughness, durability, and stability ensures that every shot is more confident and efficient,
and average distance and fairway hit rate will naturally see a significant increase.
