Payment Methods

1. Instant Online Credit Card Payment: When choosing online credit card as your payment method, the checkout page will guide you through entering your credit card information. Please ensure that you fill in your details accurately to facilitate verification with the bank. VISA, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards from all banks are accepted.

2. Cash on delivery at convenience stores is not supported.

Shipping Methods

1. After payment confirmation, your order will be processed immediately, and the product will be shipped the next day. You will receive your ordered items within three to seven business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

2. Domestic convenience store orders are shipped via 7-ELEVEN or FamilyMart. (Note: Due to size restrictions for convenience store pickup, if the order volume exceeds the convenience store pickup limit (e.g., golf bags/large bags and related items), convenience store pickup service will not be available.)

3. Domestic home delivery orders are shipped via SF Express.

4. Delivery service is limited to all counties and cities on Taiwan's main island.

5. If this store cannot accept your order, you will be notified within two business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
